Recently, NSEN Valve successful developed the first Titanium and Titanium Alloy Full metal-seated Bi-directional Butterfly Valve in China.This new product also applied the patents of the National Invention and Practical New Type,and mass-manufacture to put on the market.

Bi-direction pressure metal-seated butterfly valve applied the national patent technology “Slanted ellipse butterfly disc and radial dynamic balanced seal system”,almost balanced force on the two sides of the butterfly disc’s inlet-exit,assure “zero” leakage at the inlet-exit of the valve with bi-direction seal.

Titanium and titanium alloy butterfly valves are mainly used in the industries such as petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, power, shipbuilding, paper, seawater desalination, etc. The main features are as follows:
1. Integral disc, compact valve structure and light weight, compatible with various actuators to be operated by automatic control and remote control.
2. The media-contacting parts are all made of titanium and titanium alloy, so that the corrosion resistance is superior.
3. Tri-eccentric structure. There is no friction and blocking between the disc sealing surface and the seat during the opening and closing process so that the service life of the valves can be greatly prolonged.
4. The butterfly valves are machined by dedicated CNC lathes, so that the sealing performances are very reliable.
